Do you think about how fast a graphics card runs?

Just right-click the icon on your desktop, or right-click the "??? GAME ???".exe file inside the games folder.

I just made some changes to my Nvidia settings with a new video file that fixed several things. I used the Turbo mode in the Armory app, but nothing worked and the game is still running at the same slow frame rate.

Honestly, playing games on a laptop is totally different from doing it on a desk computer. Things like keeping cool are much bigger problems, and lots of features get cut off from the desktop versions too. What kind of refresh rate do you have for your screen? Unless you play at a high level or are really fast with your reflexes, having a higher frame rate won't help much. For most people who aren't super skilled or quick to react, the tiny changes in how long it takes from pressing a button to seeing the result are just a fake feeling that makes things seem better than they actually are. You should probably focus on checking benchmarks and looking into heat issues instead of constantly complaining about how bad your laptop is. If it's really terrible for you, go ahead and return it. Maybe consoles would be more fun, or maybe buying a proper desktop computer fits you better.
