The title file explorer won't launch from the pinned icon in the taskbar. Using Ctrl+E or starting the app works, but only the pinned one does not open. I noticed a frozen taskbar issue with missing explorer, though my experience differs from yours—only other pinned items function normally. Anyone have a solution?

Let's try again. What would you like me to do?

I attempted to unpin and ping once more, but it still doesn't function.

It wasn't a major issue but it bothers me because no one seems to know much about it. I asked ChatGPT, and most of what it said was similar except for the shell extension mention. A recent app I installed might have caused changes, and after uninstalling, restarting it worked fine.
