Hey everyone, I just set up a new PC and the fans are running but nothing is cooling properly. I'm using a Corsair iCUE 220T RGB case.

Details about fan count and connector types (3 pin / 4 pin) are useful. Information on whether a controller or case is provided would help. The included fans might be insufficient; listing components like board, CPU, GPU is recommended. The case looks well ventilated, but adequate airflow is essential. I own CORSAIR SP120 RGB PRO fans in my setup (original stock). Each fan has a single pin. I used the Corsair Icube app but couldn't adjust the RGB settings. My PC runs Ryzen 5 5600X, RX6600 XT, 16GB RAM, a Rog B550 motherboard, and an M.2 SSD. I also checked the temperatures and saw them cooling down nicely.

Even with a 5600X, it seems you might benefit from additional fans to handle the heat during heavy use. Are the supplied fans connected to the motherboard headers or to the lighting node provided by Corsair for the case? Also, I’m uncertain about iCUE’s capabilities with the lighting node Corsair installs; though it should function, the behavior may differ from the Commander series. In the iCUE app, you’ll find several options to explore and configure. You might need to choose the lighting node at the top to access these settings. Your factory SP120 fans are likely 4-pin 8-LED units—try them first, as they should display the available choices. If not, the lighting node may only support basic hardware lighting, positioned near the 8-LED Series fans, and it probably doesn’t offer variable RPM control. The fans are linked to the motherboard, now I'll look into the Icube app as you mentioned (thanks for the advice)
