I tested it on two different machines. I performed a fresh installation of the Nvidia drivers. It's unclear what might be missing. I used the Gigabyte Control Center and Nvidia overlay to adjust the fan speed to manual and set it to maximum. The fans still aren't spinning. OS version 1: Windows 10, OS version 2: Windows 11, GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4090, WINDFORCE V2 24G Graphics Card, PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 850 B2, PSU2: Cooler Master V850 SFX Gold Full Modular.

When the fans don’t move despite high temperatures, file a warranty claim with Gigabyte. It’s better to use their support instead of digging up more fixes.
