When adjusting the fan speeds, it indicates a change but doesn't actually occur. Also, XMP settings don't affect frequency. I own an RX 5500XT with a Gigabyte B150-D3H motherboard. I've tried the beta MSI afterburner and turned off the GPU. Thanks for reading and assisting.
