i own a dell 7737 laptop with a solid heat sink. previously, when playing intense games, you could hear the fan spinning rapidly at high speeds. now it barely turns above 1000 rpm even in very high temperatures (around 70 + c). i understand the fan should run at maximum during bios installation, but after installing the sensor program, it claims the fan operates at 2000 rpm in idle while the actual speed is only around 1000 rpm. the sensor shows 4000 rpm during games, but in reality it's much lower. can you help me fix this sensor or find a way to bypass it so the fan runs at full power? thank you.

I suggest ignoring sensors and programs. Adjust your fan speed in BIOS to maximum. Restart and check the fan speed in BIOS again.
