Unlikely to be CPU (think 3300x will outperform 3900x and 3700x in CSGO because it uses just one CCX). CSGO mainly focuses on a few cores, but memory and RAM matter too.

Your RAM speed is 16, but Cl 14 can still have a big impact.

It doesn't significantly impact your experience. The slight lag you notice comes from minor differences in component speeds—CPU, GPU, RAM, and SSD. While each part might seem small on its own, together they result in a noticeable drop compared to a fully upgraded system. However, overall performance remains more than sufficient. You're using a brand new, high-end machine that's balanced and functioning well. Based on our past conversations, my suggestion is to stop using FPS counters in games, skip benchmarks, and just enjoy your gaming.
