I've been using stretched resolution for some time, especially on a native 1080p screen, since it makes horizontal movement feel smoother in games. I just added a second monitor and now the stretched setting isn't working—it's showing a 4:3 aspect ratio that's been adjusted to fit the full 16:9 display. It's just the standard 4:3 with black bars on the sides now. My system specs include a Ryzen 5 1600, 16GB RAM, a 1TB SSD, a 700-watt thermalsite, and a PSU.

Adjust your graphics card settings to Full panel in Radeon Options. Ensure your monitor models are listed and consider changing the aspect ratio to stretch, full, or fill. This should resolve the problem.
