Hello
I recently purchased an EVGA X15 mouse, planning to use it for World of Warcraft Classic. However, I'm experiencing some unusual behavior.
When operating the mouse, certain functions from the mouse and keyboard (ROG Claymore) behave unpredictably. For instance:
Pressing ESC opens the Windows search bar.
When other buttons are pressed, they function as if I were still holding Ctrl. For example, pressing button 4 seems to trigger both button 4 and Ctrl simultaneously.
Temporarily resolving the issue involves pressing "ctrl" on the keyboard.
Anyone with similar problems or insights would be very helpful.
I've seen discussions on other forums where users with comparable issues reported success by installing firmware like ghub or using EVGA's "Unleash" software.
The problem persists even after resetting the mouse to factory settings with the program.
I also found a post on the EVGA-Forum, but no response was received.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best Regards

Welcome to the forums newcomer! Could you check if the peripherals function identically on a donor platform? I'm considering using a macro that could be triggered either on your mouse or the keyboard.

Hey there!
Thanks a lot for your assistance! After reviewing the link you shared, I downloaded the ROG Software and reset the keyboard. Since then, the issue has not returned!
