I've been using my ISP's router for a year or so, but recently switched to a TP-Link Archer VR400. The Ethernet connection doesn't work on my desktop—only when connected via a laptop. It works fine with another router from the same ISP. The problem seems to be specific to the VR400 and my desktop. My laptop uses an Intel I211 driver, while the laptop connects via Realtek PCIe GBE. After testing both setups, I noticed differences in drivers. Since it's affecting my gaming rig, I'm wondering how to fix this.

Plugging in the Ethernet cable and turning off Wi-Fi reveals its current state.

No, I haven't visited the default TP-Link gateway for setting up credentials.

I completed everything, and using the identical cable with my laptop works perfectly for Ethernet connection.

No, I haven't downloaded any new drivers from the manufacturer's site yet.

I got it from the app center and it's for the X570 Aorus Pro Wi-Fi model.

Save the file, remove any prior devices or drivers in Device Manager, and then apply these updates.

Are there any other devices connected to the network you can reach using CMD? Understanding their responses would be useful.
