Your Ethernet connection seems to vanish unexpectedly, disappearing from all device lists even hidden ones. I've tried various fixes like restarting drivers, resetting the router, and running unknown commands, but nothing resolved it. A user suggested a CMOS reset, which worked for them. However, this process feels too time-consuming and I'd prefer a more straightforward solution. Do you have any specific details about your Lenovo Legion 16iX9 model that could help identify the issue? Please let me know if you need further guidance.

Have you reached out to Lenovo support? Maybe there’s a particular issue with that laptop model that they’re familiar with. Are there any specific error or warning signs appearing in the Event Viewer? In the Device Manager, navigate to properties and check for Power-saving settings, then uncheck them so Windows can turn it off.

What model is the Ryzen version you're referring to? It needs to be a recent release and still under warranty—please send it back.

We didn’t receive sufficient details about the product. Could you share the specifications? Also, let me know where you purchased it so we can assist more effectively. If the laptop is relatively new, I’d consider returning it for a replacement. Typically, Amazon allows returns within 60 to 120 days after purchase.

It looks like the network issue started around 13:30. Most of the warnings came from the CSC_VPNAgent around that time.

Ethernet only. I just recall Wi-Fi once, but that seems unrelated since it returned after restarting the laptop.

I don't understand why the Ethernet stops working. Have you made any changes to the BIOS settings recently? You might want to undo them or try the standard settings. Reach out to Lenovo and open a support ticket to describe the issue.

I disabled the virtualization and enabled CPU optimization for undervolting. This issue began a few months ago, though I didn’t notice it until recently. I’m hoping it’s not connected to that setup.
