I purchased this hub from usb-c to Ethernet, usb-c, etc.
The Ethernet adapter isn't visible in the device manager on my Windows 11 laptop, and the Ethernet lights on the adapter aren't turning on. Do you know how to resolve this issue?

What is the make, model, and SKU of your laptop?
If you're using Windows 11, consider updating it by connecting to the internet wirelessly to check if the system can locate drivers for your external device.
