The Epson 4990 isn't scanning properly?
I have an Epson 4990 that hasn't been used in years. Recently, it works fine when I just press 'scan', but when I first press 'preview' and then 'scan', it shows an error saying "failed to start scanner. error during device i/o". Do you know how to fix this?
