Hi, I just set up my first PC a month ago and everything has been working well. But last night while playing Fortnite I experienced a crash. After restarting it didn’t work, then I tried again and it crashed when I entered a game. I also had problems with Rocket League before. When launching it right now it shows an LS-0013 error. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting steps on the Epic support site but need help. Details: Motherboard MSI PRO Z690-A, CPU Intel i5-13600K @ 6.0GHz, GPU UHD Graphics 770, RAM Kingston Fury Beast 32GB @ 6200MHz, cooler Noctua NH-D15 chromax, black case Phanteks Eclipse G360A, ATX mid-tower, PSU Evga Supernova 1000 G6, storage 2x WD Blue and Team Group MP34 M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0 NVMe.

This will be a real hassle for you. The only solution I found was a fresh Windows installation or, preferably, renaming the original game directory, running a verification scan, then reinstalling the game into the updated folder. Your issue affected both games as well.

Sure, I can clarify the second option for you. Since you've already removed and readded the games several times, it's likely there were conflicts or issues during those changes. Focus on resolving any lingering problems to ensure everything works smoothly now.

They clearly restrict many features to keep control over certain products, like preventing background changes or other customizations.
