Hey everyone, I'm having trouble getting Oblivion to install. Every time I try, I end up finding a workaround. I've checked compatibility settings and uninstalled my virtual drive, but it still doesn't work.

Ignore it, I've resolved the issue... Now just install Windows 7!

You're using Windows 8.1 with a game that seems to be missing, possibly due to outdated or incorrect software settings. Make sure your DirectX and Microsoft .NET frameworks are up to date.

If i didn't then Skyrim wouldn't have been playable......... Trust me i had the correct DirectX and .Net Framework. Also did you have 8.1 pro or just 8.1? There is a difference.
