The EaseUS Partition Master cannot convert the MBR to GPT format.
There are some issues involved, since another (valid) windows is already set up on disk 0, D partition. It seems the best option is to remove it to make room for a bootloader partition. What if an unallocated space is made on the left side of the D part using a partition tool, then recovery partitions are cleared and if the D part is actually an OS from the second windows view, can the BCDboot command still generate bootloader files on it? Or is it not possible to have another partition with a different OS in a GPT setup, because only one OS can be present in a GPT environment, unlike multiple OSs spread across partitions in an MBR setup?
