My earphone stopped working on my PC suddenly. I tried it on my phone, which worked fine, so the issue might be with the PC's audio out port. Any idea how to fix this? I've reinstalled the 'Audio inputs and output' drivers, but it didn't help.

No, I only have one audio port and the volume isn't muted. Yet I was able to fix it after watching a tutorial video. Still unsure why this occurred.

Have you checked the front and back audio ports?
Ensured the audio volume isn't muted and is at a noticeable level?
Confirmed that the device is set as the default in the Control Panel under Sound.
