To prevent this from occurring, it's important to note that the background service (EABackgroundService) is being disabled by Windows Service Control Manager. This issue was identified by examining the Event Viewer, mainly with event ID 7040, which is closely followed by event ID 10016. The game runs perfectly without problems, but it abruptly closes like an Alt+F4 command, leaving no crash report to indicate the cause.

The system details are as follows: hardware specifications include a 7900X, 64GB DDR5 6000MHz RAM, 4090 motherboard, and WD SN850X NVME drive, running on Windows 11.

Actions taken so far:
1. Updated BIOS to the latest stable version.
2. Updated all drivers and the operating system itself.
3. Changed EABackgroundService from disabled to manual/automatic via Windows Service Control Manager, which then reverts it back to disabled—this happens even after a restart.
4. Modified the registry entry related to interactive services.
5. Repaired the game and app, cleared the app cache.
6. Completely uninstalled the game and app (including the registry) and reinstalled them again.
7. Disabled all overlays.
8. Ran the game and app as administrator.
9. Denied permissions to the system from interacting with EAbackgroundService, citing the event ID 7040 indicating SYSTEM involvement.
10. Whitelisted the service through the Windows firewall.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists, and I’m still unsure of any other possible causes. The EA App appears to be the only factor causing this behavior.

Antivirus programs might unintentionally turn it off, collaborating with Windows security features. It could be seen as untrustworthy or harmful, even if that isn't the case.

I'm only relying on Windows protection, anti-virus, and firewall. No third-party security apps are installed. All EA app services are permitted through the firewall (private and public), so I'm uncertain about other potential block lists. I might have overlooked something, but no additional information came up in my search.

Do you use different anti-malware programs like Malwarebytes?

When checking in Task Manager, attempt to assign a higher priority to the background app and game if necessary. This involves opening Task Manager while the application and game are active, then navigating to the "Details" tab. Locate the app in the list, right-click it, and adjust the priority to a Higher setting. "Highest" is acceptable for testing purposes.

I attempted it alone - no success
Combined with [1] - failed again
Used [2] with [1] - also unsuccessful
Tried [3] with [1] - stopped working but lasted the longest at 27 minutes before being disabled
Finally just used [3] alone - still no result
This one is really persistent, haha. Any other suggestions?

Alrighty then ??? Stubborn as ever! I'll keep thinking about it. It would be nice to figure out why?

Can I retrieve the status to keep it active while it's disabled and capture a screenshot via imgur.com?

I removed the log for better clarity. The left side shows me launching the EA App and beginning the game. The right side demonstrates the app closing, which naturally ends the game. As you can observe, it took about 27 minutes...
