It's unclear what you're asking about. Could you clarify your question?
You push your limits to 60% maximum capacity while accounting for the distance you need to cover.
When I tried it, it performed well. It's a poo game. If you like it and think the reward is worth it, purchase the season pass. However, I wouldn't do it myself—I never paid for the game at the time. Also, it's unlikely you could run it at 1080p on your GPU.
I acquired the game at no cost through a contest on Xbone and really enjoyed it, so I shared my thoughts. I exchanged it for $72 AUD and later purchased it again for PC. My review is available here:
Dying Light has performed exceptionally well on my Xeon E3-1231v3 with GTX 970 setup after the 1.2 patch. Before that update, I needed to lower the draw distance to around 65% for stable 60 fps, but once I moved to 1.4 and beyond, I could maintain full performance at 60 fps. It's definitely my top choice, rivaling Skyrim in quality.
