Hi. My Ducky One 2 mini isn't working properly. The lights are on, but when I try to type, it doesn't respond. I thought about installing the firmware update, but the instructions say to hold both D and L keys while plugging in the keyboard. I was doing that and nothing happened—I couldn't even begin the update. I've tried everything, double-checked the cable connection, tested all button combinations, but it still doesn't work. If anyone has advice, please let me know.
