Hi everyone, I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my MSI 450 VHD Pro Max setup. It has a Ryzen 5 3600 and 32GB RAM, paired in two 16GB sticks at 3200MHz. Everything was fine until recently. Now I can't boot at all, even after checking the motherboard and RAM status lights. After replacing one stick, it worked, but when I tried the other two, it still didn't start. It seems like my MBO might have lost its dual-channel feature overnight. No BIOS updates were made, and nothing seems to have changed except the slot arrangement. I'm wondering if this is related to the MBO chip, the CPU, or something else.

Absolutely, I'm considering the same approach too—it's been functioning well before suddenly stopping without any clear cause. It's regrettable since I was quite satisfied with this configuration (Mobo/CPU), offering a good price and more performance than expected. If this is true, it might be best to keep it as a single channel until either the manufacturer or the hardware fails completely.
I refreshed the system yesterday, ran all tests once more, and found that only DIM A1 and DIM A2 are functioning properly. B1 and B2 appear to be offline.
It seems there might be a malfunction, so I'll initiate the return merchandise authorization process.
