Start with the system details. A 6600 XT is unlikely to face major issues, and the motherboard BIOS probably won’t cause significant problems.

It seems the core issue lies here? You install your drivers, then Windows automatically updates them via Windows Update even without your request. I faced this problem on both a 6600H and a 5300U using Windows 11. The key adjustment needed is...
