I think this matches the timeline of the failing drives. When was the firmware last updated? It’s likely many of the bad blocks appeared before then, so you should be fine as long as no new issues arise.

Record the count of bad and reserved blocks. Proceed to operate the drive. Should bad blocks keep rising, the drive is faulty. Otherwise, they occurred before the firmware upgrade.

I've encountered the same issue with my case. After resetting the OS and reinstalling Drive C (EVO 870 1TB SATA on E), it started showing bad blocks at 100% randomly. Checking with CrystallDisk and Samsung Magician confirmed the results match yours. Would you like to proceed with a fresh formatting instead?
