I recently switched from an i5 6600k with Z170 motherboard to a R7 3800x, and paired it with an ASUS X570-F. I also purchased a Trident Z Neo 3600mhz, which claims a 16-19-19-39 timing setup to replace my old Hyper-X 2133 system. Unfortunately, my RAM isn’t running at the new speed—currently stuck at 2133. When I try to adjust it in BIOS to 3600, it won’t save properly, especially with the DRAM Calculator profiles. Any guidance would be really helpful.

Nah, I haven't done anything beyond enabling DOCP.

I don't have a specific kit on hand. Could you clarify which one you're referring to?

It's listed on the QVL, so it should work. Have you attempted using only one stick in the A2* slot to test a 3600 single-channel run?
