Hello everyone!
I've just updated my rig with nearly all the new components, as outlined below. After installation, the build fails to post, the DRAM indicator stays on, and nothing else happens except the fans spinning. I'm looking for potential solutions beyond what I've already attempted. I've tried booting with just one RAM stick (using all four identical sticks in separate slots), re-seating everything, disconnecting all peripherals except the monitor, updating the BIOS, and connecting the CPU power connectors. All parts are new except the SSD.
I consistently see the DRAM light on, fans spinning, and most indicator lights flickering briefly. Occasionally, the CPU light turns on with the DRAM light but then turns off, usually after just a second.
Hardware: ASRock Z690 PG Riptide
CPU: i5 13600KF
GPU: ASRock Radeon RX 6600 8GB GDDR6
Power Supply: Corsair RM1000x
RAM: Timetec 8GB DDR4 3200MHz x4
Storage: Intel 750 series 400GB PCIe (still running Windows 10)

which bios version was installed? are you certain the update worked correctly?
examine the motherboard's cpu socket pins for any bends or discoloration
start with a minimal setup
ensure only the psu, motherboard, and display are connected to the motherboard
check that all power cable connectors are properly attached to the psu
use the cables provided with this psu
take some photos of your system to identify any unusual issues (upload to imgur.com or similar)
there might be compatibility problems with your ram
I flashed 16.01 from ASRock directly, unsure if it worked since I can't reach the boot screen, but the flashback lights performed as expected.
I disconnected and reconnected all PSU cables, using the ones that came with the PSU.
The socket pins and CPU appeared okay; I'll take pictures for everyone to review and attempt the minimum setup now.
Edit: the minimum setup also failed, same problem.

I plan to try this later today, I hadn't realized my case might be a problem before.
It was this. While I was removing the mobo, I saw two standoffs missing (no idea why), but it posted and is now working. Thank you so much, you're a genius and your help means a lot.
