Consider swapping in RAM and initiating a BIOS update (check if your motherboard supports BIOS flashback and you can transfer the file to a USB drive). If the issue persists, a CPU return model might be necessary. In some cases, a physical replacement of the motherboard may be required before AMD acknowledges a memory controller problem. I had to swap RAM and request a motherboard replacement before AMD would accept my RMA for a 5600X due to a memory controller issue.

You should check the boot light, which is currently on with a yellowish-green hue. This could indicate a wiring issue or a faulty component. Inspect connections and consider consulting a professional if unsure.
