I'm working with a 1GB gaming X-AX V2 motherboard, paired with a 9800X3D and a 4080 Super, using two DDR5 RAM sticks. I've been working all day trying to get it to boot and run, having moved the RAM sticks around, tested each one, re-seated the CPU, performed a CMOS reset, and tried a few more tweaks. Could someone assist?

Check if it's a B650 board and ensure the BIOS is updated for the 9800X3D.

I performed a quick test and some RGB features activated for once, which is promising but the drama light remains on.

I powered off and turned it back on; now the dram light is off while the VGA light stays on without any post. This machine seems to dislike me.
