Torrents aren't always fast for downloads. The issue depends on the source and how many people are sharing the file. How fast is your speed on Steam?

around 29 to 35 Mbps works well, it also applies to free download manager and opera.

One bit equals eight bits, and network rates are usually shown in bits per second or Mbps, while some programs prefer bytes per second or MBps. Dividing your 33 megabits per second by eight gives roughly 4.125 megabytes per second. Your download rate appears to match the test if you consider this conversion.

The speed test shows Mbps, while your downloads indicate MBps. Remember, capital B is important—1 MByte equals 8Mbit.
