My setup runs smoothly without any delays with my i5-8400 and a 3GB GTX 1060.

Yes, I just checked it. It shouldn't be a problem.

The results vary depending on the speed test site, but generally you can expect download speeds ranging from several Mbps to tens of Mbps, and upload speeds typically in the range of 5 to 20 Mbps.

You're linked to nearby servers in your region, which is normal for wireless connections.

Your Steam downloads run quicker than your file loads in Firefox and on all other platforms.

You're seeing a download speed of about 200 Mbits/S, but your network adapter is only supporting 100 Mbits/S. This means your actual speed will be limited to 100 Mbits/S. Check the settings (Windows → Network → Change Adapter Settings) and double-click your connection. If the speed shows 100 Mbits/S, that's the limit you'll reach.
