I understand that saving games, particularly on Steam, can significantly strain the CPU. It's surprising how much processing power is needed just for downloading.

I can't take or display screenshots directly. However, you can check your Steam download speed by visiting the Steam website and using their speed test feature, or by right-clicking the network graph in Task Manager to view detailed network information.

They're mixing up data rates. 13 Mbps equals roughly 16.65 MB/s, not 165 MB/s. That seems more accurate.
