Are there any motherboard utilities, network protection tools, or game optimization programs set up? Some may limit performance for "gaming boost."

What's happening now feels normal. It seems I have a lot to learn. Appreciate the help! The Asus GameFirst app was switched to manual mode, and I didn’t realize it was set that way. I also reset the computer, but the saves weren’t using the default settings. That’s confusing. No idea how I missed this before. Thanks again!
