Your memory profile has been updated back to 2666MHz, but your CPU only supports up to 2933MHz. You can adjust the DOCP settings to match that limit.

CPU handles up to 2933 max when DOCP isn't active. Activating DOCP allows exceeding this limit—effectively an overclock, though it's acceptable. Adjust DOCP to match your RAM specifications.

If you turned it up to 3200, it should work fine now. The issue you had before was related to the older BIOS settings.

Setting docp to 3600 means the timing is configured for 3600 seconds, as the timings profile is adjusted to that value.
