asus prime x570-p features g.skill trident z rgb with 16gb ddr4 at 3600mhz and ryan zen 5 3600. it has power management options, save function, and exits safely. after turning it on, it restarts three times before entering safe mode. the system reports a new time and says it works fine despite being booted from safe mode. this issue hasn't occurred since i assembled it two weeks ago.

Consider testing this option then try DOCP settings and adjust the frequency manually to 3200 or 3000. Verify compatibility with your QVL for the motherboard. If needed, it might function at those lower speeds (like my Trident Z RGB 3200C16 32gb which runs at 3000MHz with A-XMP/DOCP) even if not officially approved.

I verified compatibility. I’m not sure about updating the BIOS because I’ve heard it could damage the motherboard. I’ve invested a lot in building this PC, and I’m worried it might be ruined. I don’t know if I can handle that risk.

Load the DOCP, reduce frequency to 3200, check boot status. If DOCP fails, adjust CAS latency to 18 and verify boot again. Notes: DOCP version 17-18-18-38.

Memory Frequency in Ai Tweaker should match the page you configured for docp.

I experienced a shaky startup on the 2700x with DOCP and boosted all cores to 4.3GHz. After lowering it to 4.2GHz, everything appears normal.

@lumpenrose start with 3200 first (following the given steps), and if it works well, that's perfect! If not, go with 3000MHz.
