I thought it could be related to the driver, but it happens in BIOS too. I'm updating the drivers just to check if that resolves the issue, and I'll modify the BIOS on my test bench to see if it makes a difference. The DVI cable functions with other cards, so I don't believe it's the main problem.

Thissss - It looks like some form of hardware issue - unfortunately if I had to place my bets It'd be the card just dying sadly Only other thing I've thought here is try another display output, DP or HDMI. There's a small chance that it's just the DVI interface that's dying... Unlikely tbh but worth a shot to rule it out at least.
