The display did not freeze, but all inputs and outputs stopped responding.
I was watching a YouTube video when suddenly the screen froze. I could still hear audio and control play/pause, but the display stayed stuck for a while. I tried pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del, but it didn’t work. After turning the computer off and on again, the screen failed to detect any source and none of the inputs or outputs were functioning. The keyboard light and headset indicator didn’t turn on either. The power and fan lights still lit up. Someone might know what’s going wrong—please help!

That appears to be a GPU, possibly an RTX 2070. It seems the power supply might be damaged. You could try testing it on another system or replace the PSU.
It's common for some components in a PSU to fail. A PC PSU typically manages three or more power rails—3.3V, 5V, and 12V. The GPU often runs on 12V and may have its own dedicated rail.
