I created a new setup in December last year. Unfortunately, it keeps failing repeatedly during gameplay. The temperatures are stable, the power supply is sufficient, and the graphics card performs well. There’s no consistent reason for the crashes—only when playing heavy games like Deep Rock Galactic and World of Tanks. My hardware includes a Ryzen 7 5800X3D processor, an RX 480 Red Devil GPU (I initially considered the RX 7900 XTX but haven’t purchased it yet; it’s from my previous machine), an ASUS X570 Pro Wi-Fi motherboard, a pure power 11W 850W PSU, and GSKILL Trident Z F4 with 3600 MHz and 32GB RAM. The operating system is Windows 10. I use a 144Hz ultra-wide display with DPI and a 60Hz HDMI monitor. I’m worried about damaging the CPU while installing; I left the socket open and put the CPU in. After putting in the cooler, the PC wouldn’t start properly. After troubleshooting, I realized I might be misconfigured. I checked crash reports, but no one else had the same issue. People mentioned similar problems, yet no replacement part was available. I tried adjusting power management, downclocking the GPU, updating drivers, reseating everything, and even clearing drivers, but nothing resolved it.

The setup of 5700x3d with a 480 seems unusual. Likely low refresh rate? Maybe the memory is the issue. Running Memtest is standard. Perform multiple tests, turn it on, then verify in the morning. It takes time but works automatically.
