System refers to my "TV gaming" setup. Updates are still needed after moving the case and installing an Optane 900p, which triggered the issue. This matters because it happened recently. The case was Anidees Ai Crystal, now with SSD added in Win 303 via M.2 slot. Everything else stayed the same. In the updated case, the disk activity light stays off before booting. It briefly flickers during Windows load but works fine on desktop. Early on, it might blink off occasionally. In BIOS it stays steady. I checked by swapping the LED and it stayed dim, so that wasn’t the cause. Task manager showed occasional low-level activity on the SSD, nothing unusual with Optane. I switched from generic MS drivers to Intel RST, but results were unchanged. The main change appears to be the Optane 900p addition. Removing it isn’t straightforward to verify if it’s the root cause. The case itself didn’t seem different. Any suggestions?
