I've tested both with wake timers turned on and off. These are the wake timers located at the specified paths. The system will trigger a scheduled task to restart at certain times. The reason behind this is that Windows runs a task called 'NT TASK\Microsoft\Windows\UpdateOrchestrator\Schedule Wake To Work' when it needs to wake the machine.

Have you explored setting up Group Policy via gpedit.msc in Pro?
