You're dealing with a tricky setup. It seems the power supply might be the issue, but the motherboard is showing power but not functioning properly. The CPU needs more power than it's receiving, which could explain the problem. You've tried different PSUs and haven't found a solution yet. It might help to check the connections carefully or consult a professional for further diagnosis.

Which GPU is connected? The F processors lack built-in graphics, and there’s no mention of a dedicated card. Do you have one available for installation to restart the system?

Is there a possibility that one of the wires wasn’t functioning properly? You can confirm this by checking if the cables included with the power supply are being used.

I realized the issue was with one of the cables not functioning properly. This happened again when I first set up the PC—its CPU needed only 4 pins, but this model required 8. Trying a different power cable resolved the problem.

Shut down the power supply. Disconnect the CMOS battery for 5 to 10 minutes. Take out all SATA connections and then restart. If only NVMe drives are present, think about removing those as well.
