Currently hold 9x Arctic PWM PST fans, all connected in a chain to port 2, 3 and 4, with port 1 linked to my AIO pump. Just browsing online increases the temperature to 45-50°C, compared to 30-35°C when idle. Possible issue with Commander Pro or a faulty CPU sensor? Intending to replace with another fan later. This might seem like an unusual setup, but it appears you're using PWM on port one while drawing power from the remaining ports. It could be that the PWM signal is affecting the power consumption of other ports. The idea of using a fan controller via USB adds another layer of complexity. It's hard to say without more details about the configuration.
