Have you attempted to return it through the warranty process? The voltage indicates the PSU is functioning? Does it react to power button presses?

I haven't attempted the RMA process yet, but I recommend reaching out to ugreen. The device doesn't respond when I press the button.

The device might have issues despite being faulty. Many problems can occur with these small home NAS units. I purchased one from someone else, and the bootloader chip failed. Fixing it could be expensive—maybe it works, or you might have to discard it. Eventually, I connected the hard drive to my PC and set up an SMB server. The performance is decent, but it demands keeping the computer running continuously all day.
