I've tried various approaches but still can't resolve the issue. My computer won't turn off the display or enter sleep mode properly. Team Viewer stops working when it's asleep, even though I've checked the power settings. The screen saver used to function well a year ago, but it seems it's no longer working. I've adjusted the power button settings, but the display only shuts off briefly before showing the lock screen. Even when I try to log in with a key, it doesn't lock properly and returns to the desktop. I'm looking for a way to diagnose what's stopping the screen from staying off. I've set the screen saver to activate after inactivity, but it doesn't do so automatically. I've modified settings in the control panel and other places, yet the problem persists. I want my monitors to avoid showing the lock screen unnecessarily and save energy, but I still need a reliable remote access solution.
