Hello AMD Ryzen 3600X user. You're running an ASUS B450 Prime Gaming with Corsair iCUE H100i PRO XT RGB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 128GB (4x32GB) DDR4 3200, two SSDs, a 1080GHz card, and a PSU. You're experiencing high temperatures reaching 80°C under load. I installed a watercooler, but the PC won't power up when you press the power button. I tried reseating the CPU, placing it in an ESD bag, shorting the mainboard power pins, and even swapped out the PSU and new cooler brackets. The mainboard still powers on because the mainboard lights are on. I also performed a MAGIC operation to remove the CPU from its socket while taking out the old cooler, but I didn't notice any damage to the CPU pins.
