I'm using a Gigabyte z690 aorus master motherboard, here's a pic of it : my elgato 4k60 pro mk2 wasn't working when plugged in on this slot so I moved it to the bottom slot and there it worked why that is? is it possible one of my pcie slot is dead somehow? I don't have another pcie device right now to test it was detected in bios when it was plugged in the middle slot but in windows and elgato utility it didn't appear

Yes, the M2C_SB supports an M.2 drive.
