Your system features 16GB RAM at 3200MHz, a 5600GHz Ryzen CPU at 3.9GHz, an RTX 3060 graphics card, and a 2TB SSD with Sea-Gate Barrucuda storage. For roughly six months, performance remained stable with minimal lag. Recently, download speeds dropped to 1MB/s and Chrome loading took about two minutes. I’m unsure what might be causing this issue. You’ve already performed antivirus scans, cleaned up disk space and removed Windows bloatware, and cleared dust from your machine.

If you don’t have an SSD, consider using Crystal Disk Info or HDTune to assess your hard drive’s condition. https://crystalmark.info/en/software/crystaldiskinfo/ http://www.hdtune.com

For quicker performance of Windows and programs (using SSD). What are your estimated internet connection speeds? Have you refreshed your network drivers?

Absolutely positive. Your powerful CPU and GPU are great, but an SSD will boost performance significantly. Make sure your hard drive is in good condition—backup important files if any warnings appear.
