The desktop PC isn't powering up?
My desktop PC stopped working suddenly and won’t restart. When I unplug, replug, and turn it back on, the lights flicker briefly, fans spin a little, then stop completely unless I do the same again. The board still shows some light. I’ve shared a video for reference.
Is that mess filled with dust? If yes, turn off all components. Thoroughly clean the interior of the case and parts using compressed air. Restart the system with only the essentials—video card and RAM—without connecting any external drives or devices like the mouse or keyboard. Check if it boots into BIOS. It’s useful to have other replaceable parts to help identify the issue. Things like the video card, RAM, and power supply can often be tested.
Thanks for the prompt reply from KL. I cleaned it up and turned off everything, even the connected fans. The situation remains unchanged. I haven’t removed the processor yet; if you think so, I can take it out and test it. There was no overheating problem, even during games with maximum temperatures reaching around 70°C. It just stopped suddenly.
