I reach the login screen, where it automatically logs me in as my user, but I only see my wallpaper without the icons or the start menu.
I can access Task Manager and scroll with the mouse, but that's all.

When you can launch Task Manager or the Run window, you can typically reach nearly all system functions. Execute explorer.exe and check if your desktop appears again.

I attempted to run explorer.exe but it doesn't function properly. The desktop isn't visible, which is unusual.

Yes, you can display a photo by uploading it to imgur.com and posting the link. Multiple screens are supported, such as connecting a monitor and TV. Desktop icons may appear on the other screen.
