My friend is using a Dell M17xr2 and isn't able to set up Windows there. In the BIOS he chose the USB drive with the Windows installer to start the installation. But the screen on this laptop isn't working, so any visible info is hidden. If it does show anything, we can view the BIOS and other details on an external monitor.

The issue arises when Windows boots the USB drive as the first boot drive, prompting a confirmation prompt. After continuing, the system fails to proceed beyond that point, displaying a black screen with a placeholder indicating where input should be made, but no functional response.
