Hello, my Dell Latitude 7490 has been with me for some time, and whenever I attempt to run Linux it becomes unresponsive. I've experimented with various operating systems—Ubuntu, Arch, Clear Linux, Rocky Linux, Fedora, etc.—but after installation, the system often freezes for several seconds before locking up completely. I've also tried multiple SSD types, including NVMe and SATA M.2 drives, as well as different RAM configurations. Windows 11 works perfectly without any problems. The only setup that allows smooth Linux use is connecting it to a Dell WD19 dock with an external monitor via the dock.

Thank you for the response. Correct, I'm using the most recent BIOS version.
