Consider the game's performance needs versus the available frame rate. If you want smoother visuals, enabling 60 fps is better, but if stability or compatibility is key, using VSync and accepting the lower cap might be safer.

My performance metrics are as follows: minimum 30 frames per second, maximum 120 frames per second, average 60 frames per second.

60 frames per second are ideal. Avoid v-sync at all costs.

Depends on the game, but I turn it off on every single game. unless I can't.

If frame rate drops go unnoticed, proceed. I keep my FPS steady for reliable visuals. I prefer 40 FPS over 144 FPS even if it drops, rather than risking instability.

I only play games that offer similar experiences, such as Garry's Mod and Portal 2, where smooth performance at around 300fps is essential to avoid frustrating tearing.

I exclude anything outside the realm of competitive multiplayer games.

Consider MSI Rivatuner for better control. Set FPS between 1 and 99 if V-Sync limits you to 30 fps.

It varies based on the game you're playing. For fast-paced titles I enable no vsync to maintain performance. In slower games I turn it back on when higher frame rates aren't essential, helping keep the system running smoothly without excessive heat or noise.
